Frequently asked questions
How do I find nearby places?
Open the map and choose to use your location. With permission, nearby places can be shown using the available location. You can also browse a city without sharing your location.
Do I need an internet connection?
Maps, loading places, account features, and requests need internet access. Offline availability is not guaranteed.
How do I save a place?
After signing in, open a place and tap the heart icon. You can find it again in your account's saved places.
How do I suggest a new place?
Open Suggest a place from your account and complete the form. A suggestion does not mean the place is immediately approved or published.
How do I change language?
Use the language selector on this page, or open language settings in your account in the app.
Delete account
You can start deleting your Murshid account inside the app after signing in.
